Why this is the hard, defensible part
Anyone in the Alliance can out-engineer a single radio technique. Almost no one is building the bidirectional, provenance-carrying graph that connects a disabled vendor flag to an EBITDA miss — and back. The moat is not the algorithm; it is the discipline that every edge carries its source and confidence. An unsourced graph is the hallucination problem in a new form. This layer refuses to assert a causal link it cannot cite.
